Job Summary:
The Lead Driver supports the Relay Program Manager in overseeing daily transportation operations while providing leadership, guidance, and support to a team of drivers. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery operations, maintaining high customer service standards, and reinforcing company policies and procedures. In addition to performing driving duties, the Lead Driver serves as a frontline resource for drivers, assisting with training, issue resolution, and operational coordination. Work Schedule:This position typically works a 5-day schedule; however, operations run 7 days per week. Evening, early morning, and weekend work may be required. Pay Range: $25.48-$32.25/HR DOE This position qualifies for the Loyalty Incentive Program bonus paid quarterly in the amount of $2 per hour worked not including PTO or holiday pay. In compliance with Hawaii pay transparency expectations, the posted range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. Qualifications:
Physical Requirements: Frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time, stepping in and out of tractor cabs, exposure to vehicle vibration and operational environments.
