Lab Technician Job details Posted 03 June 2026 Location Creve Coeur, MO Reference 997980 Job description Lab Technician Location: Creve Coeur, MO (On-site) About the Role We are seeking an entry-level Lab Technician to support routine analytical testing in a fast-paced, 24/7 production laboratory. This role is critical to supporting quality control, process improvement, and product development efforts. Key Responsibilities Perform routine laboratory testing following established procedures and protocols Prepare solutions, clean glassware, and manage lab waste Operate and monitor lab instruments (including HPLC and GC when applicable) Record, calculate, and report test results accurately Review data and communicate any issues or discrepancies to the team Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain lab organization, safety, and inventory of supplies Use systems such as LIMS and other lab software for data entry and tracking Support continuous improvement efforts and team productivity Requirements High school diploma + at least 1 year of lab experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Basic troubleshooting skills with lab equipment Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of laboratory experience Bachelor's degree in related field Experience with HPLC and/or GC instrumentation Familiarity with lab data systems (LIMS or similar) Dexian, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.
