We are seeking a Product Manager who will drive the evolution of Everbridge's connected personal safety ecosystem with a focus on device sourcing and integration, and the growth of Everbridge's PSD product line. This role will own the integration strategy across device/hardware vendors, monitoring providers, and future physical security use cases. This role will also manage a suite of connected safety services coordinating location intelligence, communications, monitoring workflows, and interoperability between devices, vendors, and Everbridge platforms. This role will both manage the engineering requirements and roadmap for a subset of services, while partnering with other product managers to influence the requirements and roadmap for adjacent services. The PSD product line, like many of Everbridge's products, are trusted to protect people and communities. As such, this role requires a detail oriented and analytical person to ensure quality is driven from both the vendor side(s) as well as at the integration within our platforms. In partnership internally with compliance, security and legal teams, to meet stringent security and compliance requirements, for example SOC2 and ISO certification status. The ideal applicant will have a product life-cycle focus, and be eager to test and vet devices, firmware and new releases and bring the appropriate teams together for the best outcomes. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of hardware, connectivity, and software platforms, ideal for someone who is deeply curious about technology and enjoys working with emerging device ecosystems. The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $106,000 - $141,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
