Job Description:

TheManufacturing Operator IIperforms skilled,intermediate leveltasks in support of manufacturing operations within afast-paced,team-orientedenvironment. This position involves working with miniature electronic components, some smaller than a grain of rice, using microscopic and precision tools. Candidates should be comfortable performing detailed hand assembly and inspection work for extended periods. This role builds upon foundational operator capabilities and requires greater technicalproficiency,problem-solvingability, and ownership of production processes. This position helpsmaintainpredictable production output and supports new process development alongside engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly & Manufacturing

  • Assemble and inspect complex products following detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures.

  • Perform precision assembly activities involving miniature electronic and mechanical components.

  • Work under microscope and with precision tools to complete assembly tasks.

  • Handle sensitive components using ESD safe practices.

  • Maintain productivity, quality and safety standards while meeting production schedules.

Inspection & Quality

  • Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

  • Identify workmanship defects, assembly issues, and non-conforming conditions.

  • Document quality findings and support corrective actions.

  • Ensure all work meets established quality standards.

Rework & Problem Resolution

  • Perform approved rework and corrective actions following established procedures.

  • Escalate complex issues to technicians, engineers, leads or supervisors.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring assembly issues.

Training, Leadership & Team Support

  • MentorandassistintrainingManufacturing Operator Iteam members on processes, equipment, and best practices.

  • Support team leads in coordinating workflow, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are prepared for daily operations.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge andsupportingcross-functionalteams.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Ability to perform repetitive precision work with strong attention to details.

  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

  • Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.

  • Experience working under microscopes.

  • Experience in electronics assembly, SMT manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, aerospace assembly, or similar precision manufacturing environments.

  • Experience handling small electronic or mechanical components.

  • Familiarity with ESD practices.

  • Experience performing visual inspections using magnification equipment.

  • Basic soldering experience a plus.

  • IPC certification is a plus but not required.

  • Demonstrated ability toperformintermediateleveltasks with accuracy and minimal supervision.

  • Strong understanding of quality standards, documentation, and safety protocols.

  • Must follow all required safety protocols andwearappropriatePPE.

  • Solid mechanical aptitude withthe abilityto use precision tools, gauges, and basic test equipment.

  • Prior experience mentoring or training team members.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, sit, or perform repetitive motions for extended periods.

  • Use of microscopes, precision instruments, and calibrated toolsasrequired.

  • Must follow all required safety protocols,wearappropriatePPE andcleanroomattire (full coverall suit, hairnet, mask, gloves, etc.) for extended periods of time.

  • Must be able tolift upto 30 lbs.

  • FB A:7 am- 7:15pm- Wk1 Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Wk2 Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

  • FB B:7 pm - 7:15 am Wk1 Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Wk2 Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.

  • FB C: 7 am - 7:15 pm Wk1 Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Wk2 Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

  • FB D:7 pm - 7:15 am Wk1 Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Wk2 Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
