Job Title: Sustainment Mega Pursuit DirectorReporting To: Strategy Growth & Innovation DirectorWork Schedule: Fully Remote or Hybrid if Local - Orlando, FLWe are seeking a Sustainment Mega Pursuit Director to define and lead an integrated, global sustainment strategy across the division. This extends the Mega Pursuit construct to focus on sustainment and aftermarket growth-one of the most significant and expanding opportunity areas across the Defense Division. Sustainment is establishing a dedicated, accountable leadership role to define strategy, prioritize opportunities, and drive coordinated execution across business units. You will serve as the enterprise leader responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, shaping customer strategies, and capturing high-value sustainment opportunities across domestic and international markets, in close partnership with BU General Managers who execute within their businesses. Your role is critical to driving revenue growth, protecting our installed base, and preventing third-party capture of lifecycle and aftermarket work. As Mega-Pursuit Director - Sustainment, you will: * Define and lead enterprise sustainment strategy

* Manage diverse customer portfolios
* Naval sustainment * International opportunities in Europe and Australia * Stateside contested logistics priorities supporting the Marine Corps, Army, and Navy * Engage senior stakeholders
