Equipment Technician (Geophysics and Monitoring)

• Under supervision from management, clean, calibrate, track, and maintain construction materials field testing tools and equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep the equipment in good condition
• Assist in ensure proper tracking and record keeping of equipment
• Focus on ensuring equipment and all appropriate areas are clean, organized, and provide a safe working environment
• Responsible for managing equipment, assist in maintaining tools and equipment
• Encourage the use of proper PPE safety policies, ensuring that you use proper PPE and encourage others to use the appropriate PPE
• Additional responsibilities may include assisting with training sessions and activities in the soil and concrete laboratories
• Perform additional related duties as required

• High School diploma or GED

• 0+ years of experience
• Nuclear gauge training and certification required
• This position requires carrying 40 - 70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height
