VP Total Rewards
Overview Provides strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company's compensation, benefits and safety programs including base pay, incentive pay; health, welfare and retirement benefits team member safety and workers compensation, in support of the organization's objectives and competitive position in the marketplace. Responsibilities The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the duties and responsibilities performed within this classification. Develops and leads the Company's comprehensive strategy for Total Rewards using compelling and equitable compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting and retaining talent across multi-disciplines
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, management, human resources or related field. Master's degree preferred. Twelve (12) or more years' progressively responsible experience in employee benefits and compensation including ten (10) or more years' management experience or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Knowledge and experience in HRIS a plus. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 20 pounds).
