As our Roofing Account Manager, you'll be the trusted guide clients rely on to protect their buildings, solve complex challenges, and uncover smarter, longer-lasting roofing solutions. - Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and industrial roofing clients.
- Meet regularly with clients to understand facility needs, maintain clear communication, and assess overall satisfaction.
- Partner with clients to develop long-term maintenance plans for scheduled roofing work.
- Develop strategic account plans to strengthen client relationships and support growth.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs, service contracts, and repair requests.
- Implement retention strategies to grow the client base and maximize opportunities.
- Address complex client challenges involving technical roofing issues or multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and ensure a positive client experience.
- Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and prepare reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay current on roofing technologies, materials, and industry regulations.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations that support their long-term facility goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental success.
Required Education & Experience:
- Five years or more of experience in the commercial or industrial roofing industry, including client account management and hands-on expertise with EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and coatings, with the ability to leverage industry knowledge to provide strategic guidance.
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and balance strong client relationships.
- Skilled in identifying client needs and translating them into actionable, results-driven solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other essential computer applications.
- Experience using CRM platforms and related tools to effectively manage client accounts.
Other Details:
- This position will office in Golden Valley, MN and support regional territory.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license along with the willingness and ability to regularly travel to local and regional customer sites and client locations.
- This role includes regular local and regional site visits, giving you a blend of field time and client interaction that keeps each day varied and engaging.

Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected annual compensation range for this position is $62,000-$92,500. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
