Job Objective:
Coordinates the day-to-day operation of oil and water hauling efforts efficiently, safely, and economically. Reviews and processes invoices to insure accurate and timely billing.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process oil and water haul requests, including ASAP loads, tank transfers, pull and holds for tank failures and maintenance, and other special request for tank issues.
- Coordinate and communicate all re-routes, delayed openings & closures due to SWD outages.
- Reviews and processes water hauling and SWD invoices, coordinating with Production FOA's and Vendors. Creates and maintains an organized system of record-keeping for corresponding documents.
- Provides accurate daily and weekly reporting of oil and water hauled volumes and costs as required.
- Provide Trucking companies with updated data (map books, disposal lists, well lists as needed)
- Identify locations & disposals not set up correctly in the water hauling data base. Work with Business Analysts and Database Admins to correct information.
- On call rotation for support after normal business hours and on weekends and holidays as required.
- Processes oil tank strapping requests for operations, government agencies, and Production Accounting, and in coordination with 3rd party oil-hauling companies.
- Provides Environmental support by initiating paperwork for COW's (Certificate of Waste) when needed.
- Attend Area production meetings regularly to provide support and guidance for more efficient hauling.
- Communicates regularly with Trucking Companies to insure KWP's (Key Work Performance) are being followed and or updated.
- Provides information to management, engineering, production teams, rig and construction supervisors, and production accounting teams, environmental teams, etc. as needed.
- Attends all team meetings and Lift Cost meetings as required.
- Obtains and stays current with all required CBT and in-person trainings.
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing situations and requirements.
Other Job Responsibilities:
- On-call availability 24 hours/day as needed for emergency dispatching and questions.
- Maintains employee confidences and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years minimum experience Microsoft Office programs or equivalent.
- Two (2) years minimum working across multiple team boundaries preferred.
- Three (3) years minimum experience in the Oil and Gas Industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Access Databases preferred.
- Ability to accurately identify problems and inefficiencies and create solutions.
- Ability to work in an office setting.
- Ability to work regular 8-hour days, with over-time as needed to support field operations, including regularly assigned on-call rotations.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
- Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
- Proficiency in the use and application of the following software preferred: Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Education Requirements:
- Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent; or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating sufficient knowledge, ability, and skill to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
