The Predictive Technologies Manager will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for operating, maintaining and supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts. Open to internal and external candidates.
Job Summary The Predictive Technology (PT) Supervisor leads the strategic planning, execution, and expansion of the organization's PT and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) programs. This role directs PT personnel, collaborates with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) teams to optimize equipment health plans, and oversees the efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks. Additionally, the supervisor champions predictive maintenance benefits organization-wide, tracks program metrics and cost savings, and develops the strategic roadmap for integrating new predictive technologies. The successful candidate will have a proactive mindset and a strong background in applied predictive technologies as they relate to the health of industrial equipment, including vibration analysis, contact and non-contact ultrasound, thermography, online and offline electrical testing, and tribology. Job Duties:
Coordinate and direct all Predictive Technology leads in the planning and execution of their respective technology programs.
