This role will involve up to 50% travel across all of our markets in the US.
The Role
As a Program Manager, Physical Security you will be responsible fordesigning and deployingsecurity and surveillance technologyprogramssuch as CCTV, access control, and alarm systemsthroughout our fleet of Retail and C. Regulations vary from state to state, and you will be responsible for familiarizing yourself and complying with security regulations in every state where we operate. This is a hands-on role, and you will be expected to travel to our various locations, manage installations,supervise vendors,andeducate field employees on system use and security protocol.
Responsibilities
- DevelopAsset ProtectionSolutionsprogramsandsupportoperationalsecurity infrastructure through the creation and management of systems and processes that support the company's operations and minimize enterprise risk.
- Responsible for the planning and installation of security systems in both retail and cultivation facilitieswhileensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage and support assigned systems such as CCTV, Alarms, Access Control, Mass Notification, and Critical Event Management. Develop scalable solutions to fit the needs of the business.
- Overseesecurity vendor network for allassignedcompany locations.
- Prepare capital allocation proposals, manage project budgets, andmonitorprojects through completion.
- Acts aspointof escalation forthe day-to-day administration of the various surveillance, security, and access control systems.
- Support physical security program execution through a 24/7 Security Operations Center that proactivelymonitorsbusiness assets and providesexpertiseand response whenever business disrupting events occur.
- Collaborate cross functionally and coordinate physical security transitions and integrations for mergers and acquisitions.
- Research andcomply withevolving state-by-state regulationsregardingsecurityprotocolfor each of our dispensaries and cultivation centers.
- Communicate expectations and project details with external vendorsand relayproject details at regular intervals with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct site audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience with VMS administration and configuration and Network Solutionsrequired
- Vendor-management experiencerequired
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP)or other industry certifications preferred
- Knowledgeableabout relevant security hardware and systems, including surveillance equipment, alarm systems, access controlsystemsetc.
- Provenproject managementexperience
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Suiterequired
- Strong relationship building skills, with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Must be available to travel (50%)
- Strong communicator, able to teach security protocol toGreen Thumbemployees in the field
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness

- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must possess valid driver's license
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
