HealthPartners is hiring a Program Coordinator to support the Dental Residency Program at Regions Hospital.

In this role, you'll partner with program leadership, faculty and learners to coordinate program operations, support accreditation requirements, and help create a high-quality, supportive training experience. Coordination of the Dental Residency Program:

  • Coordinate core program operations, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and graduation.
  • Support accreditation activities, including self-studies, site visits, and annual reviews.
  • Serve as primary contact for residents, faculty, internal departments, and external clinical sites.
  • Track and manage compliance requirements (licensure, contracts, institutional policies, documentation).
  • Maintain resident and faculty records, databases, evaluations, and academic progress.
  • Support recruitment systems, Match processes, and exam coordination as applicable.
  • Plan and support program meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Manage program communications, materials, and basic purchasing needs.

Ensuring dental student experiences are set up for success:

  • Support onboarding and coordination of dental student clinical experiences.
  • Partner with GME and program teams to support learner operations as needed.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Required Qualifications:

Education: BA degree or applicable experience in lieu of degree.

Experience: 3 years' experience in medical or administrative area.

Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Notary public preferred but not required.
