Job Description Role Purpose: As the Procurement Director, you will architect, execute, and manage the global sourcing strategy for our external manufacturing and repair ecosystem. You will be responsible for building a resilient, high-performing partner network that supports Motorola Solutions' complex hardware portfolio. This role requires an expert negotiator and a strategic leader who can balance cost optimization, supply continuity, rigorous quality standards, and technological innovation. Key Responsibilities:

Location: Employee must be based in the Greater Chicago Area with the expectation to be in office 3 days per week. LI-#AB1 LI-#HYBRD Target Base Salary Range: $160,000.00 - $205,000.00 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
