How you will make an Impact (Job Summary) SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As the Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality marketing content, brand assets, and communication initiatives that support sales growth, customer engagement, and overall brand consistency across multiple business units. This role combines content creation, creative development, event coordination, and sales enablement to ensure marketing materials and communications are accurate, professional, and aligned with company objectives. In addition to managing brand and content initiatives, this position serves as the primary coordinator for trade shows, factory tours, customer events, and monthly virtual rep meetings. The role is responsible for planning event logistics, coordinating promotional materials and presentations, and facilitating Microsoft Teams rep meetings to support effective communication across the company's representative network. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced industrial B2B environment.
