Job Description What is the opportunity? A Vice President (VP) in the U.S. Real Estate Corporate Banking Group will lead and execute all aspects of the business, including origination, structuring, and execution of new real estate loans, as well as asset management of the existing loan portfolio. The VP will optimize RBC's balance sheet in alignment with Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and Sales & Trading relationship goals, while interfacing directly with clients and quarterbacking credit submissions in collaboration with Global Investment Banking (GIB) and product partners. This role also involves mentoring and directing junior team members (Analysts) to ensure seamless transaction execution and portfolio management. What will you do?

The expected salary for this particular position is $225,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
