Job Description: Amplify is seeking a full-time Lead Professional Learning Specialist, STEM with a background in teaching, coaching, and/or school leadership to join our Professional Development team and support educators and students nationwide. Lead Professional Learning Specialists (Lead PLS) facilitate high-quality professional learning for teachers and school leaders, ensuring they feel confident implementing Amplify STEM programs to drive student success. In addition, Lead PLS serve as coaches and leaders for a cohort of approximately 30-40 Professional Learning Specialists (PLS), ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all engagements.
