Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Head Men's Basketball Coach and the Men's Basketball Assistant General Manager, and in collaboration with the coaching staff, the Director of Player Development & Data Analytics is responsible for the integration and application of advanced performance data, scouting reports, and video analysis to enhance individual player growth and team strategy. This position plays a critical role in preparing the program for competition at the highest collegiate level by analyzing player performance, evaluating opponents, and assisting in the design of training programs. The incumbent will work independently to implement best practices in player development, analytics, and scouting in alignment with UCLA's standards of excellence and compliance with NCAA, Big Ten Conference, and University policies. The incumbent may also assist the coaching staff with administrative duties that enhance the student-athlete experience. Salary & Compensation *UCLA provides a full pay range.
