Job Title: Warehouse Purchasing Agent System requires web browser Internet Explorer 10 or higher, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Location: Bethlehem PA Job Type: Full-time, Salary position Travel: 0% Salary: Salary Range $68,640-$74,318. Medical & Dental Benefits. Duties/Responsibilities/Physical Requirements: Purchase equipment specific parts, attachments, tools and consumables for fleet of heavy equipment Establish and Manage Standing Sales Orders for equipment parts Utilize Inventory Control System to enter incoming/outgoing commonly used equipment parts, create daily reports and analyze supply levels Manage incoming purchase requisitions from field mechanics Provide technical information necessary to complete repairs Verify physical inventory of commonly used parts Enter purchase orders, solicit bids, and manage incoming shipments. Resolve delivery delays, backorders and monitor vendor invoices via Brandenburg's internal purchasing database Perform all work in accordance with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies. Education / Experience: Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum 2 years work experience, Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word and Excel), Candidates must also have the ability to complete assigned tasks, work independently to attain deadlines and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
