Job Summary This role supports the design, implementation, and operation of the enterprise AI Governance framework to ensure AI solutions are ethical, compliant, transparent, and risk-managed across their lifecycle. The AI Governance Specialist partners with IT, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Security, and business teams to operationalize Responsible AI principles, manage AI risk processes, and support governance reviews. What will you be doing?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Healthcare, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI governance, data governance, IT risk, compliance, cybersecurity, or regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, or technology). Travel Requirements: Up to 10-15% The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $106,500 to $159,500.00 USD annually.The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
