Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% and can be based out of any of Compeer's office locations. The contributions you will make: This position serves as a senior individual contributor within Compeer's Strategy and Innovation team. The incumbent leadsand owns market researchthat drives high-stakes strategic initiatives and workstreams that span enterprise strategy, business development, and innovation. Partners directly with senior leaders to define strategicobjectives, design and executeappropriate research, and develop actionable strategies to accelerate growth. Playsa central roleinidentifying, evaluating, and advancing business development opportunities and provides thought leadership and executional excellence in client experience measurement. Contributes to the design and assessment of innovation initiatives that strengthen Compeer's position as a leader in rural finance and agricultural services.
