Overview Milton CAT is hiring an experienced Sales Commission Specialist to put their stamp on our new program! Our company recently developed new sales commission plans, and invested significantly in the automation and data tools supporting the company's business, financial, payroll and commission data. We're seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy specialist to help rollout, workflow design, and administration of the new program. The first year will be focused on learning the software, understanding the process, and building relationships with departments, managers and employees involved. The primary focus is commissions administration and analytics, supporting both sales compensation and sales planning processes. This position requires partnering with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure the accurate calculation, tracking, and payment of sales team commissions in alignment with compensation plans. Responsibilities also include resolving disputes, generating performance reports, and maintaining data integrity. Salary Range: $62,000 - $80,000 based on experience. Responsibilities
Own execution and support of commissions processes within CaptivateIQ (CIQ) system, including data validation, payout review, adjustments, spiffs, true-ups, issue resolution, and responding to rep inquiries
