Stores and retrieves medical records for release purposes, transcription purposes, researches patient master files, maintains copy of charts, and performs routine clerical duties as assigned.

REQUIRED:

1. Ability to file documents in alphabetical and numerical order

2. One (1) year experience in clerical duties

3. Good communications skills

PREFERRED:

1. Basic data entry skills

2. Knowledge of computerized deficiency systems

3. One (1) year experience in medical records
