Overview
This senior leadership role is responsible for driving strategic growth and profitability for the Commercial Services Division through the development and execution of a comprehensive market and business development strategy for the International Factoring group. The SVP Business Development Leader serves as a senior sales leader and key market influencer, identifying and capturing new client opportunities while shaping go-to-market approaches for International factoring and lending. This role will work closely with others across the platform to improve how we source opportunities, manage the pipeline, and bring in new relationships. In addition to the sales responsibilities of the role, it is expected that the person in this role will have deep experience that will bring that leadership perspective to help guide business strategy, product positioning, risk alignment, and operational effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Factoring or ABL Sales, Business Development OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Factoring or ABL Sales, Business Development Required Skills: Risk Identification, Risk Mitigation Preferred Qualifications:
