THE ROLE:

We are looking fora leaderto driveenablement of AMD'sGSI businessin the Data Center. He/Shewillbe responsible for partnering with Sales counterparts todriveAMD's GSIpartnerships, focused primarily on AMD's Enterprise and Datacenter solutions.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement AMD'sData Centerstrategy to grow our partnerships and associated business with GSIs

• Build deep relationships with GSI executivesin pursuit of growing mutual business as related to delivering enablementscale

• Drive a comprehensive enablement plan with GSI partners, including sales and pre-sales training, program optimization,and alignment of AMD and partner 4P planning

• Identifychallenges currentlyfaced by AMD's GSI engagements, and work with executives, both internally and externally, to grow and accelerate AMD's momentumacross all Data Center products

• Establishoperational capability, with KPI's, inour enablement motion andmonitor/drive growth

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Leadership Experience:Demonstratedsuccess in a comparable role, owning the success ofdrivingGSI business,with at least10 years'progressiveresponsibilities

• Customer Experience: strong historical interaction andexecutiverelationship building within key customersand partners, preferably at or with GSIs

• Enablement & Messaging: Proven capability to develop differentiated customer and partner messaging, with experienceleveragingAI to scale

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Undergraduate degreein Business or Engineering preferred.MBAwould be a plus.
