Position Summary

The Contracts Manager is an exciting opportunity reviewing, analyzing, drafting and negotiating MultiCare contracts to accomplish business goals and objectives. In this dynamic role, you will apply your contract expertise as you identify and evaluate data and drivers.

Responsibilities

  • You will analyze and review complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and RFP responses, as needed
  • You will review, prepare and draft complex vendor, business associate agreement, non-disclosure agreement, provider, and/or physician contracts including, and compliance with relevant state and federal laws, the Joint Commission, and CMS in accordance with company policy, and specifications
  • You will perform and sometimes leads contract negotiation and manage contract administration
  • You will provide both strategic and tactical support to the leadership and business teams

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Law degree (JD), or Healthcare Administration (MHA)
  • Minimum two (2) years of directly related experience developing, implementing, operating or maintaining analytics for contract processes and/or business support required
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $88,691.20 - $127,649.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
