ATI Millersburg is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. Reporting to the Sr. Quality Manager, this role is instrumental in driving Right First-Time performance, supporting process and product quality systems, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. This is an onsite, day shift position typically working Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. This position is designed to accommodate candidates with varying levels of experience, from early-career engineers looking to grow in manufacturing quality to experienced professionals ready to make an immediate impact. In this role, you will serve as a problem solver and facilitator, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance, reduce quality incidents, strengthen supplier quality performance, and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements. Successful candidates will quickly develop an understanding of ATI's Specialty Alloys & Components (SA&C) quality systems, processes, and products while building strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
