Job Description

The Lead Consultant serves as a strategic partner, combining deep process expertise with disciplined project and program management to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is accountable for the successful execution of initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise goals while balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and key performance metrics.

The Lead Consultant plays a critical role in driving change by supporting the design and execution of change management strategies that enable adoption, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and ensure sustained business impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage programs and initiatives, ensuring all project decisions align with desired business outcomes while balancing improvements to Net Promoter Score (NPS) and IIF commitments
  • Collaborate across all Areas of Responsibility (AORs) and enterprise partners through formal and informal communication to advance strategic objectives and support key business processes
  • Support the development of future-state vision and strategy for large-scale programs by contributing to business cases, execution roadmaps, and multi-year plans; ensure alignment and prioritization are clearly understood by senior leadership and stakeholders influencing funding decisions
  • Drive results in a high-performance environment by defining success metrics, tracking progress, communicating outcomes, and implementing course corrections with innovative solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support for service-based programming projects, including troubleshooting and assisting with XML-based business partner queries
  • Support execution of business strategies by participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) for partner platforms, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and expectations
  • Establish and promote best practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Contribute to the design and execution of change management strategies, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans to drive adoption and sustained impact
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, project/program management, process optimization, or a related field (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives and driving measurable business results
  • Familiarity with technical environments, including service-based architecture and XML-based queries (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 100,000.00 - 170,500.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
