Senior* Product Designer - Ads & Growth Platforms* Fully remote MUST HAVE ADVERTISING/MONETIZATION EXPERIENCE About the Role We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to help shape advertiserfacing experiences for largescale advertising platforms. This role focuses on designing systems that help businesses create, manage, and optimize advertising through simplified, intuitive workflows-despite significant underlying technical complexity. You'll work on products used by businesses worldwide, designing across campaign creation, automation, creative tooling, and performance management. The work is highly systemsdriven and evolving quickly, particularly as AIpowered automation and generative technologies play a larger role in how advertisers plan and run campaigns. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys working at scale. What You'll Do * Design advertiserfacing experiences across ad creation and campaign management platforms * Translate complex systems involving automation, AI, creative tooling, and optimization into clear, usable workflows * Contribute to initiatives focused on simplifying advertiser experiences and improving creative and performance outcomes * Design across shared systems while accounting for different advertiser needs, goals, and verticals * Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and design peers to shape both strategy and execution * Support fastmoving development cycles, experimentation, and iterative launches while maintaining strong design quality * Advocate for clarity, consistency, and usability in technically complex and evolving product areas Product & Design Environment * Products support a wide range of advertisers, from small businesses to large global brands * Designers work across multiple surfaces and platforms with shared infrastructure and tooling * Current focus areas include AIpowered automation, creative excellence, advertiser guidance, and workflow unification * The work involves large surface areas, many edge cases, and crossteam dependencies * Designers are expected to be comfortable navigating documentation, system constraints, and ongoing change Who You Are * A systemsoriented product designer who can reason about complex ecosystems, not just individual features * Comfortable operating in ambiguous problem spaces and helping bring structure and clarity * Experienced designing workflowheavy or automationdriven products * Confident collaborating closely with engineering on technically complex initiatives * Effective working across multiple teams and priorities simultaneously * A strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs Qualifications * 5+ years of experience designing digital products for web and/or mobile * A strong portfolio with multiple endtoend case studies demonstrating product thinking and problem solving * Experience designing complex, systemsdriven products * Proficiency with Figma and modern product design tools * Strong collaboration and communication skills Why This Opportunity * Design products used by millions of businesses globally * Work on meaningful, largescale problems involving automation, AI, and creative decisionmaking * Influence how businesses interact with modern advertising platforms * Join a mature product design environment with significant scope and impact Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
