*Position Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented *Financial Planning Associate I* with 1-2 years of finance experience to support our operations team. This role focuses on creating and reviewing financial plans, ensuring accuracy, and delivering a high-quality client experience. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
*Key Responsibilities* * Develop basic to intermediate financial plans with a high degree of accuracy for assigned clients. * Interpret financial plan outputs, identify inconsistencies, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary. * Apply standard procedures and adapt to special instructions outside of normal guidelines. * Perform final quality checks on financial plans completed by peers and junior team members. * Utilize foundational planning and investment knowledge to improve workflows and flexibility. * Recommend improvements to processes and standard work where opportunities are identified. * Communicate professionally and effectively with team members and leadership. * Provide and receive feedback openly to support a collaborative environment. * Identify and question inconsistencies to ensure quality outcomes. * Contribute ideas, insights, and solutions during team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-ones. * Escalate complex or non-standard requests appropriately to mentors or team leads. * Complete required training and learning modules within established deadlines. * Support and embody company values, promoting a culture of growth and continuous learning. *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (preferred) * 1-2 years of experience in finance or financial services * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills * Ability to interpret financial data and troubleshoot inconsistencies * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks *What We Offer* * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunities for professional development and career growth * Ongoing training and learning resources *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
