Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning Associate I with 1-2 years of finance experience to support our operations team. This role focuses on creating and reviewing financial plans, ensuring accuracy, and delivering a high-quality client experience. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities * Develop basic to intermediate financial plans with a high degree of accuracy for assigned clients. * Interpret financial plan outputs, identify inconsistencies, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary. * Apply standard procedures and adapt to special instructions outside of normal guidelines. * Perform final quality checks on financial plans completed by peers and junior team members. * Utilize foundational planning and investment knowledge to improve workflows and flexibility. * Recommend improvements to processes and standard work where opportunities are identified. * Communicate professionally and effectively with team members and leadership. * Provide and receive feedback openly to support a collaborative environment. * Identify and question inconsistencies to ensure quality outcomes. * Contribute ideas, insights, and solutions during team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-ones. * Escalate complex or non-standard requests appropriately to mentors or team leads. * Complete required training and learning modules within established deadlines. * Support and embody company values, promoting a culture of growth and continuous learning. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
