Logistics Coordinator Location: Manassas, VA Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire Pay: $18/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Start Date: Targeting June 15, 2026 About the Role This position supports a large-scale system transition project within a major healthcare environment. The team will focus on organizing, labeling, and relocating medical supplies across hospital and clinic settings to support a new inventory and EMR system. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities * Identify medical supplies and equipment and accurately label them within the system * Print and apply labels to ensure proper tracking and organization * Move inventory, including boxes and supply bins, to designated areas such as patient rooms, clinics, and storage spaces * Organize and maintain supply areas to ensure efficiency across departments * Follow direction from onsite managers and assist with evolving project needs Required Qualifications * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry * Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the day * Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced, hands-on environment * Team-oriented with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities No prior healthcare experience required Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Experience with inventory, logistics, or labeling is a plus Employee Value Proposition * Opportunity to gain experience within a healthcare setting * Exposure to supply chain and logistics operations * Potential for overtime based on performance * Opportunity to support multiple nearby facilities (Manassas, Haymarket, etc.) Work Environment * On-site hospital setting * Active, team-based environment * Project-driven role during a critical system transition period Additional Requirements * Background check and 10-panel drug screen required * Must meet healthcare compliance standards (medical clearance required) Interview & Start Timeline * Interviews: First week of June * Expected Start Date: Mid-June If you are looking to gain hands-on experience in logistics and healthcare operations while working in a collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity to get started.
