TEKsystems is currently searching for candidates interested in a Mortgage Closer opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola area! Job Description: * To close first mortgage loans in accordance with applicable federal/state laws as well as the credit unions' policies and procedures. * Prepare mortgage packages for delivery to settlement companies for purposes of closing on conventional, Veteran's Administration (VA) and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage products. * To coordinate the closing and funding of assigned loan packages. * Authorize release of closing packages to closing agent. * Ensure credit, underwriting and property conditions have been satisfied prior to closing * Pay: $18.44/hour Requirements: * High school diploma/GED required * Prior banking or experience working in real estate or for a financial institution is preferred * 2-3 years of recent strong administrative work experience * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry * Must be able to work independently * Must have high speed internet to work hybrid (fiber or cable service) Hours: * Monday - Friday* * * Training Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm * Schedule After Training: EITHER 8:30am - 5:00pm OR 10:30am - 7:00pm. You must be open to both shifts, you will not be given your shift until after training * This is a hybrid role which will require you to be onsite at least 3 days per week.
