*Role Overview*
We're hiring a Collections Specialist to support auto loan accounts in a highvolume customer service environment. This role focuses on helping customers stay on track with payments while following clear policies and processes. You'll work closely with a small team and use internal systems to manage accounts accurately. *Pay, Schedule & Logistics* * Pay: $21-$24/hr + overtime (1.5x) * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required * Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite weekly in Foothill Ranch, CA * 6month contract with potential to convert to a permanent role *Requirements* * 1-3 years of collections experience (auto finance preferred) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Experience handling inbound and outbound calls * Familiarity with CRM or account management systems * Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized * Working knowledge of collections guidelines and regulations * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States #westpriority26 *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Forest, California 92610. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
