Job Overview: Ingersoll Rand seeks a talented Master Scheduler for its Ingersoll Rand Pump (IRP), MP Pump and Oberdorfer Pump (MPOB) Business Unit. The master scheduler is responsible for establishing, reviewing and maintaining the master production schedule in alignment with the Sales, Inventory, and Operations (SIOP) consensus plan. Establishing the master schedule will involve working closely with operations leaders, material planners, production planners, and others to coordinate plans at the IR MPOB facility that achieve the company objectives relative to customer service, efficient resource/capacity utilization and inventory investment. The master scheduler will be responsible for analyzing scenarios that balance demand and supply while optimizing inventory and minimizing the impact of demand volatility. This role will establish, implement, and continuously improve the master scheduling process in a complex CNC manufacturing environment where formal scheduling processes are currently limited. The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
