Description
Weichert Insurance Agency is hiring an Admin Support Associate at the corporate location in Morris Plains, NJ. The Administrative Support Associate is responsible for answering phones, opening and distributing mail and checks, as well as retrieving carrier mail. In addition, this position manages the inventory and ordering of Agency supplies. The position also handles mailing of marketing letters to clients and assists with the setup of new hires and employee moves. The position is also responsible for providing as needed administrative support to the Agency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The estimated base salary range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
