Job Description
ECU Department of Athletics- Pirate Club is currently seeking several Game Day Student Workers.

Description:
Student Workers play a vital role in the success of the game day Pirate Club Hospitality program. Students are charged with maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. They will control access to the space, answer guest questions, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service
* Act as game day ambassadors for the ECU Athletics Department
* Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld
* Monitor entry gates, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols
* Serve as a people movement monitor
* Perform all pre, during, and post-game premium hospitality duties
* Serve as the in-game main point of contact for premium hospitality areas
* Other duties as assigned

Hours: Student workers are hourly employees. You can expect to work 6-15 hours per week depending on the home game schedules and office needs each week. Selected applicants will be required to work home football games.

Compensation: $12 per hour
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
