Job Title: Production Manager Classification: Salaried Exempt Reports To: Operations Manager Department: Plant Administration Location: Plymouth, Indiana Position Summary The Production Manager is responsible and accountable for leading safe, efficient, and customer-focused production operations at the Plymouth, Indiana facility. The Production Manager builds strong partnerships across teams, fosters innovation, and empowers employees to achieve their full potential while delivering exceptional results for our customers.
