Administers compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans. Analyzes market data to ensure competitive and fair pay practices. Supports the development and implementation of compensation policies in alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
Required Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Years of Experience: 5-7 Years Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Master's Degree Specialized Degree: None Licenses/Certificates: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Years of Experience: 8-11 Years Field of Expertise: Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, or related field; experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, JDXpert Spans of Control
