Description: The Plant Manager will provide leadership for the Youngsville Plant to ensure a positive work environment that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance through the application of Operational Perfection at Southwire. This individual will develop and direct a strong leadership team as we build organizational capability through implementation of the ONE Southwire approach to ensure objectives are met and exceeded. They will also be responsible for understanding key areas of responsibility: Safety, Quality, Material Usage, Scrap, Efficiency, and Resource Utilization. Description of Duties and Responsibilities: *Drive the Culture of Zero throughout the facility to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and contractors at Southwire. Qualifications of Experience and Requirements: *Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related engineering field along with 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience Competencies
