POSITION SUMMARY The Human Resources Intern provides administrative and operational support to the HR department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports day-to-day HR functions including employee file management, onboarding preparation, HR compliance projects, employee engagement initiatives, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality while learning core HR processes and practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
