Government awards include funding mechanisms like loans, grants, and tax incentives at the federal and state level. As part of the GFO, you will collaborate with professionals from finance, major projects, sourcing, environmental, legal, and policy to manage government funded programs that enable California's prosperity and reduce customer rates. Our team is made up of talented and passionate individuals, including program managers, strategic analysts, compliance reporting specialists, and subject matter experts. Our team's work shall create prosperity for all customers and investors. This role supports programs that deliver significant financial and operational impact, including large-scale federal funding initiatives across PG&E. Position Summary We are seeking an exceptional Grants Program Manager, Principal to join our expanding GFO team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and oversight of a large-scale federal and state grant programs, including managing a portfolio of grants valued at over $300 million, and supporting alignment with broader government funding initiatives, including potential coordination and support of the Department of Energy loan. They will drive and manage theentire grant lifecyclefrom pre-award planning and application to post-award monitoring and closeout. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business needs or company requirements. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. Bay Area Min: $144,000 Bay Area Mid: $194,000 Bay Area Max: $244,000 Job Responsibilities
