Job Summary The Senior Director, Corporate Development and Strategic Analysis leads strategy, evaluation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures (i.e., "M&A" activities), as well as analysis on key strategic initiatives for the organization. Partnering closely with the CFO, Finance, and senior leadership, this position owns sourcing and evaluating deals and leading due diligence review with a focus on driving value creation through rigorous financial analysis. Additionally, the Sr. Director will partner with the CFO to shape, lead, and develop the annual long range planning process, three-year financial model, and analysis of various strategic initiatives for the company. The Sr. Director partners with organizational leadership across Finance, Operations, Sales, Transformation, Legal, Human Resources, etc. related to the business impact of M&A and the company's multi-year financial planning. This role requires deep focus on financial analysis and a keen understanding of commercial drivers, synergies, and risk. Your Role & Responsibilities
