POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support governance, communications, and operational alignment for a high-visibility technology program. This role ensures smooth execution of Program Management Review (PMR) sessions while producing clear, professional executive communications and technical content that support decision-making across the organization. This role will have project management and team coordination responsibilities supporting leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate Program Management Review (PMR) sessions, including agendas, pre-reads, action tracking, and follow-ups.
• Develop polished executive-level communications: summaries, talking points, leadership updates, and briefing materials.
• Produce high-quality technical writing such as process documentation, SOPs, system overviews, and technical summaries.
• Consolidate program data into clear dashboards, presentations, and narrative-driven reports.
• Collaborate with program and workstream leads to ensure accurate, timely milestone, risk, and progress reporting.
• Facilitate key customer meetings and track efforts, initiatives, and coordinate key personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or Professional Communication
• 5+ years supporting large Government customer
• 2+ years coordinating large groups
• Demonstrated project management capabilities
• Experience supporting PMRs, governance boards, or senior-leadership forums.
• Background in digital transformation or enterprise technology programs.
• Experience with Organizational Change Management.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday 8-5pm Eastern. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. On-site with the customer weekly, along with weekly in the office.
