JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Tech II, Laundry ensures the Laundry Facility is operating at maximum capacity through the execution of all major and minor repairs and all preventive maintenance while assisting the Maintenance Engineer in maintaining the laundry equipment and premises. The Maintenance Tech II, Laundry ensures and optimizes the operational capacity of the Laundry Facility by performing comprehensive major and minor repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and supporting the Maintenance Engineer in overseeing laundry equipment and facilities.
