Job Summary:

This is a temporary position - reporting to the HR Service Delivery and Compliance Manager, Americas, this role will have two primary functions in Bruker's HR organization. The HR Service Delivery Generalist (Temp) will support a Bruker Business Group HR Business Partner as well as the HR Service Delivery Team for the Americas. The HR Service Delivery Team Americas, functions as a centralized HR resource for all of Bruker's business entities in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. This role is pivotal in delivering consistent, high-quality HR support across multiple business units, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and employee satisfaction.



Responsibilities

PRIMARY: Business Group HR Support:

    Business Group HR Mailbox Management
  • Provide administrative assistance to HRBP, Candidates, and Employees with Visa/Immigration Support
  • Assist the Business Group HR Business Partner with managing employee relations cases, including documentation and follow-up.
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
  • ICIMS/TAP management - Opening requisitions, assisting with Job Descriptions, Interview Scheduling, liaison with Business Group Recruiting Team
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support HRBP decision-making and business insights.
  • Facilitate business onboarding and offboarding practices including monthly business group new hire orientation and exit interviews.

SECONDARY: Operational HR Support:

  • Assist the HR Service Delivery Team with employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HRIS systems.
  • Complete I-9 and E-Verify transactions and process I9 Reverifications.
  • Help prepare data and documentation for audits and compliance reviews


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, preferred.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared services or matrixed environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Success Factors, Workday, or similar HR platforms.

At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $51,300.00 and $91,000.00 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits, including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
