Represent Marks and support our ever-evolving business needs and act as an integral member of the team, working exclusively on a dedicated client's business from their Chicago office. This is a hybrid role which currently requires 3 days per week in office, but is subject to change based on the client in-office policy. As the Onsite Senior Project Manager (Design), you are the brand strategy and design steward. Partner with the client Design Lead to clearly understand the creative brief objectives and partner with design team to add value, review/critique design concepts to meet the creative brief and key stakeholder expectations. The Onsite Senior Project Manager (Design) represents the client design team point of view in making recommendations to the client cross-function team and represents the design's point of view to facilitate the creation of effective design. Reporting To: Design Group Account Director General Overview The Onsite Senior Project Manager (Design) will work closely with the client Design, Marketing, Promtions, SRA, SGX teams and other project stakeholders (as required) to support and contribute to the day to day project management, deliverables and flawless execution. Clearly understand project objectives and concisely communicate expectations to the team in a timely manner. Facilitate and maximize the teams time to effectively develop new design concepts and/or revisions that meet project expectations, brand guidelines and timing. In addition, always think ahead, keep an eye on the roadmap to effectively manage, plan and anticipate upcoming design project needs, teams workload, and/or identify additional resources, as required. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 USD annually. Bachelors (required)
Experience
Broad experience working directly in a high-volume, fast-paced, constantly changing creative environment and demonstrate resiliency (required)
