Job Description The role The Senior Coordinator, Lateral Partner Integration (Global Support) provides hands-on delivery and coordination support across the firm's global lateral partner integration programme, with a particular focus on supporting each lateral partner's business development initiatives. Supporting each of the Senior Manager, Lateral Partner Integration (Rest of World or "ROW"), the Senior Manager, Lateral Partner Business Development (US), as well as the Global Head of Lateral Partner Integration, the role supports the structured integration of lateral partners during their first 24 months at the firm. This includes assisting with integration planning, business case coordination and post-hire performance tracking to ensure integration activities are aligned with the firm's strategic priorities and contribute to commercial objectives, while maintaining consistency and high-quality execution across all regions. Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $89,000 - $101,000. The actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
