Job Summary
The Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) is a key contributor to the overall Brand team, responsible for leading cross functional teams in planning, execution, and analysis of various marketing initiatives. This ABM role will support the Outdoor H&G brands with the development of marketing plans to achieve sales and share objectives. This position reports to the Senior Brand Manager, Outdoor Brands and leverages creative, analytic, and strategic skills. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribute to and support the development of comprehensive short and long-term strategic and in-market plans. Lead and manage plans that deliver sales, GM, and brand share targets at or above plan for assigned product lines.
- Work with cross-functional partners to proactively monitor competitive activity and recommend strategic and tactical actions to achieve objectives.
- Analyze sales, market share, brand health, and profits to uncover growth opportunities and drive marketing ROI.
- Collaborate directly with Product Marketing, Sales, Insights, and Creative partners in the development and execution of high-quality, insights-driven solutions that support brand strategies & customer needs.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to execute programs and campaigns to support annual brand plans, new product launches, product renovations, packaging design, artwork approvals, and financial feasibility exercises.
- Manage marketing budget for assigned product lines and report on spending results.
- Foster an environment of optimization, data-based decision making and continuous learning & improvement.
- Model a positive team approach focused on ownership, accountability, speed and agility.
Education and Experience Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 1-2 years of marketing or business experience preferred

Work Environment
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office (Tues-Thursday) Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
