Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day activities of crews on assigned projects. Provides guidance and direction to crews in meeting the budgets and schedule dates on each project. Manages the labor and material cost for assigned projects in component, system or assembly area. Ensures job quality and customer satisfaction is maintained in every stage of the project. Interacts with clients, customers and vendors to build lasting relationships. Creates the type of positive environment that works to maintain a sufficient and qualified work force. Essential Duties
Minimum Requirements Associate's Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered. Possesses associated licenses and/or certifications required by trade for the position (i.e. Journeyman's license for plumbers). Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction or related field. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines. Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems. Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to communicate and report effectively. Aptitude in math. Problem-solving abilities.
