Job Summary
Support daily purchasing, accounts payable, inventory, billing support, and tool room operations. This role is responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, onboarding new vendors, reviewing parts billing, tracking invoices and payments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and overseeing the tool room checkout program. Essential Duties Purchasing & Procurement Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in company financial systems Coordinate new vendor setup and maintain accurate vendor records Review and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and receipts Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Oversee tool room checkout/check-in processes Maintain accurate records and reporting within company systems Minimum Requirements
