Job Overview
The Machine Operator (Utility Person) is responsible for operating production equipment in accordance with established procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines. This role supports efficient manufacturing operations by ensuring machines are run properly and production processes remain consistent throughout the shift. The Utility Person may be cross-trained to operate multiple machines and assist in various areas throughout the facility, providing flexibility and support where needed. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced production environment during second-shift hours. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Join our team and play an essential role in producing high-quality bushing products in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment. As a 2nd Shift Utility Person, you'll contribute to a variety of hands-on production processes that keep our operation running smoothly and efficiently. A Day In The Life
